We are seeking a motivated and talented AI Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship. As an AI Intern, you will work closely with our software development and data science teams to leverage state-of-the-art Language Model AI (LLM AI) technologies in order to enhance our climate tech job placement platform. Your primary goal will be to improve software development and data collection processes, enabling us to better understand and match candidates with relevant job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the software development team to identify areas where LLM AI models can be implemented to enhance the platform's functionality.
• Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to improve the software development and data collection processes.
• Conduct research on LLM AI models and explore their applications in the context of climate tech job placement.
• Analyze and interpret large datasets to gain insights and improve the accuracy of candidate-job matching algorithms.
• Work closely with the data science team to refine existing models and develop new ones to improve the overall platform performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the existing infrastructure.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and propose innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for climate change mitigation and a desire to contribute to the development of impactful solutions.
